On 25 February 2026, in implementation of Ministerial Decision No. 1275 on the “Startup/Patent” framework, the Steering Committee of the Teacher Education College of Sétif began reviewing students’ project proposals.
The committee, composed of the Assistant Director for Education, the Director of the Incubator, the Directors of the Center for Entrepreneurship Development (CDE), and a professor of economics, assessed the projects’ potential to become viable economic enterprises.
