Duties

   The tasks of Vice Rector in Charge of Media and Communication Systems, and External Relations include the following:
  - Designing and applying communication supports (such as college’s bulletins, websites...).
  - Ensuring the integration of grassroots structures and information networks, and upgrading digitization.
  - Developing mechanisms and procedures to allow the collection, processing, and publications of information within college.
  - Publishing all college.
  - related information by means of information and communication technologies.
  - Ensuring the provision of online services for students.
  - Holding the college's statistical card.
  - Putting all information that helps students choose their study areas at their disposal.
  - Initiating activities that promote exchange and cooperation with other higher education institutions.
  - Encouraging accompanying students in their careers.
  - Promoting the college’s relations with its social and economic environment and initiating partnership programs.Ensuring the follow.
  - up and organization of scientific events (seminars, conferences...).
