The Teachers Education College"Messaoud Zeghar" in Sétif participated, represented by the College's director, Professor Ali Boukaroura, the assistant director in charge of education, certificates, and continuing education, and the head of the cultural and sports activities department.

On Monday, November 6, 2023, in a meeting organized by the Regional Conference of Universities in the East. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ali Chakri, the Director General of Education and Training at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Professor Latrache Mohamed Elhadi, the President of the Conference.

The meeting included two workshops to discuss three main topics: student academic movement, English-medium education, and university sports.
