Call for Papers
The conference focuses on one of the most significant topics on the current international stage, both from an epistemological and practical (operational) perspective. It addresses the professionalization of teacher training in response to the demands of the Education 5.0 era. This shift from a traditional paradigm primarily centered on knowledge acquisition and its application in often loosely defined contexts, to more efficient operational models is fundamentally based on a thorough reflection on the skills (and even expertise) to be developed, as well as on interactive pedagogical methods and practices that facilitate their integration with a set of transversal competencies. These competencies have become more than essential in the labor market, particularly in light of the rapid evolution of modern technologies. This international scientific and academic event invites all specialists in education and teaching, as well as policymakers from around the world, to unify their visions regarding the question of the alignment between four essential elements that we consider pivotal for the development of modern societies: the first concerns the characteristics of modern schools and their needs (quality of education and improvement of student and pupil performance); the second focuses on improving the skills of those involved in the field of education (development of personal and professional skills throughout initial and ongoing training); the third concerns the perspectives of education in the era of modern educational technologies (software and artificial intelligence); and the fourth relates to the needs of society and the labor market in the face of current and future challenges (poverty, wars, natural disasters, etc.).
