Participation conditions

• Presentations must fall within one of the main themes of the conference.
• Submissions must be original and must not have been previously published or presented at other scientific events.
• Presentations may be delivered in one of the following languages: Arabic, English, or French.
• Submitted papers must include two abstracts: one in the language of the paper and the other in a different language.
• Papers must be submitted as Word files. Use "Sakkal Majalla" font, size 16 for Arabic texts, and "Times New Roman" font, size 12 for texts in English or French, with single line spacing.
• The length of the paper should be between 10 and 20 pages.
• Submissions must comply with APA formatting guidelines, 6th edition.
• Doctoral students may participate only with their academic supervisors.
• Poster presentations must follow the A0 format: 841 mm × 1189 mm. Each poster should include the presentation title, the identification of each author (institution, research lab, and email address), as well as the logos of affiliated institutions.
• The conference activities will be held either in-person or online, depending on the choice of international participants.
