Vice Directorate for Employees, Training and Cultural, Scientific and Sport Activities This vice directorate’s tasks include the following:
- Managing employees’ career record.
- Developing training programs, improving level, and updating information for administrative and technical employees and services’ aides.
- Managing the number of employees and ensuring their harmonious distribution between the departments.
- Preparing and putting into effect the annual human resources’ management plan.
- Putting Cultural and sports activities programs into effect
- Following-up legal cases and disputes.
The Directorate includes the following services:
- Teachers’ Service.
- Service of Administrative and Technical Employees and Aides.
- Service of Cultural, Scientific and Sport Activities.
- Service of Legal Affairs and Disputes.
These services also ensure the protection of the employees and teachers’ rights to improve their level, and promote and develop scientific and cultural activities within college.
