Requirements for Paper
Paper or Abstract Submission: Submitted work must be original and relevant to one of the conference themes.
Originality: Papers must not have been previously published or presented in any national or international conference proceedings or scientific journals.
Deadlines Compliance: Authors must submit all required scientific materials within the deadlines established by the organizing committee.
Scientific Presentation: Accepted contributions must be presented either as an oral presentation or as a poster, in accordance with the conference guidelines.
Scientific Quality: Submissions should make a meaningful contribution to the field and adhere to the principles of academic integrity and research ethics.
Academic Standards:Authors must comply with recognized standards of scientific writing, including methodological rigor, proper citation practices, and overall scientific quality.
Abstract Submission: Abstracts must be prepared according to the template provided by the organizing committee and submitted before the conference deadline.
Languages:The official languages of the conference are English & Arabic.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Authors wishing to participate in the 1st National Seminar on Biology, Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences for Sustainable Development (BBE-SD 2026) are invited to submit their abstracts in PDF format, in accordance with the following guidelines:
Abstract Format
- Abstracts may be submitted in English or Arabic.
- Each abstract should include 3 to 5 keywords.
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words
Font:
o Times New Roman (English)
o Simplified Arabic (Arabic)
- Title: Bold, font size 14 pt (English) / 16 pt (Arabic)
- Body text: Font size 12 pt (English) / 14 pt (Arabic)
- Line spacing: Single (1.0)
- Margins: Standard (2.5 cm on all sides)
- Authors' names should be written as First Name followed by SURNAME (in uppercase letters).
- The corresponding (or presenting) author's name should be underlined.
- Affiliations should be indicated using superscript numbers.
Poster Presentation
Accepted posters must be prepared in A0 format (84.1 × 118.9 cm) and displayed in portrait orientation.
